Our Story

Michael and I first met during the summer of 2010 at World of Life Bible Camp in Florida. We were both working there to help pay for our following year at the Bible Institute. We immediately hit it off. Both of us had just come back to the states after living in Europe, him in France and me in Romania. Moving back to the states was hard and we were both able to help each other transition through the culture shock.

We started dating at the beginning of the school year in September. It was a very trying year there but we made it through.

After our year at the Bible Institute we spent the summer working at different camps. When the camps ended we reunited in Georgia where we spent some time with his family. It was there that we made the next big step in our relationship. We got engaged in July of 2011.

On March 4, 2012 we officially tied the know as husband and wife. One of the best days of my life!

Our first year as a married couple was not easy. We didn't start out with much money and we went through several jobs and financial hardships.

 But we continued to have faith that God would provide and he did. Michael was able to secure a job working with Delta Airlines. It was an answer to prayer. Not to long after that our lives were changed. The day after our first anniversary we found were expecting our first child. It was exciting!

After waiting those long nine months we finally welcomed our sweet little boy, Theodore Michael into the world on November 7, 2013.

Theo has become such a joy in our lives. He's a silly little boy. He loves cuddles and just talks all day long! We love him!
